Sunday is my ‘pamper me’ day, and when the weather is anything but pleasant, I indulge in a long hot bath. Of course, afterwards, I always apply lotion…it’s my simple pleasure #SinfulSunday

You NEED to do it. Set aside one day a week for you… if not a day at least 3 or 4 hours. Does wonders!
